After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive towards Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley and Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Continue into Serengeti with an en-route game drive as you make your way to your lodge or tented camp.
Depending on your arrival time, enjoy an afternoon game drive searching for lions, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and other wildlife.

Wake up early for a morning game drive when wildlife is often active.
After breakfast, continue exploring the Serengeti on a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch.
The Serengeti offers opportunities to see the Big Five, as well as cheetahs, hyenas, hippos, giraffes, zebras and large herds of wildebeest.
Your safari guide will choose the game-drive areas according to the season, recent wildlife sightings and animal movements.
Optional: A hot-air balloon safari can be arranged early in the morning, subject to availability.
Return to your camp in the late afternoon.

Start with an early morning game drive in Serengeti, followed by breakfast.
Continue towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying wildlife viewing along the way.
You will leave the open Serengeti plains and gradually climb into the cooler Ngorongoro Highlands.
Depending on your schedule, you may visit Olduvai Gorge as an optional cultural/historical stop, subject to the applicable fees and opening arrangements.
Arrive at your lodge in the afternoon and relax while enjoying views of the surrounding highlands.

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an extensive game drive.
The crater floor supports a remarkable concentration of wildlife. Look out for:

- Flamingos and other birds
- Black rhino, with luck
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater before ascending in the afternoon.
